
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free deliveries on all items delivered within the Great Britain when purchased at full price.
Deliveries to countries outside of the Great Britain will need to be quoted on on a case by case basis.
Delivery will be made as soon as feasibly possible, but usually within 7 days. We will advise when we can deliver the item or when the courier will collect the item. If we are using a courier service then courier will book the delivery in with you separately and provide a time slot at least 24 hours in advance, The delivery driver will call you 30 minutes prior to delivery.
Deliveries to Europe can take between 14-21 days and will be made via a courier service. The items will be fully insured and packed carefully to protect them in transit.
Deliveries to the US will all be made via air and can take 10-14 days.
Shipments requiring CITIES documentation will however take longer as the documentation is provided by the UK government and is required ahead of shipment.
Import VAT and charges for shipments to non UK customers will be the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 14 day return policy, as long as the item is returned in the same state as when the item was received. So, should you not be happy with your purchase we will be more than happy to offer you a full refund once the items/s ordered have been returned to our warehouse.

We will be happy to arrange collection of the item by ourselves or via one of our trusted couriers. We will advise how we will process the return, however we would expect that the item is securely packaged to guarantee safe transportation. Depending on the item this includes the use of Cardboard, Bubble wrap and furniture moving blankets. We are more than happy to advise on how to pack the item, but cannot take responsibility for this and any damage in transit will be for the buyers account.
Refunds are made back to the original card or bank account when the order was placed.
Please note if the order is cancelled the buyer will be responsible for the cost of the initial delivery cost and also the cost of collection. These costs will all be advised ahead of the collection being arranged.
In case you paid by Credit card there will be a further charge of 3% to cover credit card fees.
