OUR STORY & PHILOSOPHY

Daydot was born in 2016, only a couple of years after James had completed an Interior design course at the Chelsea College of Art and Design. During this interim period James spent some time working in one of London's premium interior stores on the Kings Road, which sold a mixture of new and vintage Items.

 

The vintage items sparked the interest in the furniture from the modernist period with their simple, functional lines and use of materials that were developed in the preceding war.

Now Daydot exists to source unique and beautiful pieces of furniture to bring to market. We believe in quality over quantity and are prepared to travel far and wide to find the highest quality pieces.
